  • Once your purchase is processed, please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment and packing, your order is important to us, this assures that your order is packed with care and accuracy. Please allow extended time for fulfillment during sales as fulfillment can take up to 2 weeks in the chance that we are waiting items to restock.

    Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-7 days depending on your proximity to our west coast warehouse. We will always do our best to select the quickest available shipping option. We ship via UPS to ensure a smooth shipping process.

    Lost Orders

    Glazed Sunless is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any potentially lost or stollen mail should be reported to UPS via claim in which they will either locate or refund the total price of your package.

    Once you receive your shipping confirmation/tracking, this will have the most current tracking information regarding your package. We are not responsible for shipping delays via the carrier.

    Shipping Policy

    Glazed Sunless processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays.

    Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
